My Body: A Home

My legs were made by the creator, shapen that I might run and stretch

My hands were framed by the maker, crafted that I might work and feed

My mouth was structured like a passage, a pathway that I might speak and eat

My eyes, oh great sight it beholds! an illumination for my mind and intellect

My nose he made like a hallway, an aisle for smell and life

My heart would cabin my soul, that I might learn to love and build a home

My body was made a temple, a house the Creator dwells.
