In my previous post, I gave a retrospect to my observation of my mother’s aloe vera plants.

An observation that I gained from which made me realize there are so many lessons to pick from the littlest things around only if we pay attention.

Howbeit today, I’d be sharing with you, great people, the health benefits of Aloe vera on our hair, skin, and feet.

Btw, I sell amazing Oriflame products made from Aloe Vera and you’d definitely love the results gotten from them. You could, however, get an Aloe root plant in your home, and explore.

It’s important to perform a patch test before using aloe vera directly on the skin, hair, or feet to ensure there’s no adverse reaction. What this means is to check for any reaction or allergies, before using it extensively.

Not only can Aloe be of great benefit to your *skin*, but it can also be a blessing to your *feet* as well as your *hair*.💯

Here’s how Aloe can be of great benefit to your feet:

✅️ It helps to soften dry & cracked heel

✅️ fights fungal infections like athlete’s foot

✅️ It can help relieve foot odour thanks to its deodorizing properties

✅️ It can also help speed up healing if you have cuts or blisters on your feet.

✅️ It can help reduce inflammation and pain when used to massage the feet (during pedicure sessions)

Here’s how Aloe can be of great benefit to your skin:

✅ Aloe vera gel hydrates the skin without leaving it greasy, making it suitable for all skin types.

✅ It has anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe sunburn, and alleviate minor burns or wounds.

✅ Anti-aging: Aloe vera contains antioxidants that may help diminish signs of aging by improving skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

✅ Acne treatment: Its antibacterial properties may aid in treating acne and reducing acne scars by soothing inflammation and promoting healing.

Here’s how Aloe can be of great benefit to your hair:

✅ Scalp health: It can soothe an itchy scalp and reduce dandruff.

✅ It can act as a natural conditioner, leaving hair smooth and shiny while reducing frizz.

This medicinal plant with antioxidant and antibacterial properties no doubt serves many properties beyond all stated in this article. Next time you see an aloe, I hope the benefits you read today come to mind.
